Something Is Wrong

Something is wrong,
when you wait for 7 days,
which is 168 hours,
or 10080 minutes,
just to see someone for 30 minutes.

Something is wrong,
when before seeing that someone,
anticipation grips you by the second,
keeps you watching the time every minute,
with the thought hardly going away.

Something is wrong,
when you finally see what you so yearn for,
keeps you smiling every single moment,
makes you happy,
with that tinge of sweetness in your heart.

Something is wrong,
when after the 30 minutes ended,
you feel all this waiting,
all this anticipation,
and every single moment of it,
is totally worthwhile.

Something is seriously wrong,
and oh how I love and dread this feeling.
